Where does denéva ship to?

We ship anywhere on the planet. Shipping in Canada or the USA is $17 and international orders are $50. Shipping on orders over $150 is free (excluding tax).

When will my order ship?

Your order is shipped next business day. So if you order on Tuesday, it’s shipped on Wednesday. If you order on Friday, it’s shipped on Monday.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped, so you know your order is on the way. You’ll also get a tracking number, so you know where your order is along its entire journey to you.

Returns

What is your return policy?

 We hope you love our products, but if for any reason, you’d like to return something, we accept any unused products in their original packaging. Please contact us using our contact form to receive a Return Authorization Number, which you need to include with your return, so we can credit you when we receive your products back. Products must have been purchased through our online store. Any return shipping costs are paid by the client.

My product arrived defective or damaged

Please send us an email with pictures within 10 days of delivery. We will assess the damage and if applicable, we’ll issue you with a full or partial refund.

I haven’t received my package yet

Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number, so you can trace the location of your package as it makes its way to you.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or cannot be delivered due to reasons outside of the postal service's control, we are unfortunately unable to refund or resend the order.
